While our work with clients is clinical, from an operational perspective we are pretty much a luxury hotel, and so have a team of housekeepers, kitchen staff, gardeners, security and of course the pool boy!
Our operations team also runs HR & Finance, looking after our suppliers and our team of 30+ full time and part time employees, as well as a range of contractors.
We like to think of all of them as the oil that keeps the machine running smoothly.
