Dr Terry helped make BB what it is today, without his program vision and leadership, we wouldn’t have had the international success or reclaim that we achieved. His reason for transitioning to the industry was noble, the wanting to help people move away from some of the darkest moments in their life. His passion to change lives is admirable.
Why Howard asked him to join the team
“Convincing Dr Terry to believe in the vision and join the team was the best thing we ever did for the rehab. He took the vision me and Scott created and propelled it beyond what I could comprehend. With the help of Josie and Gary, they created a really special team that was the catalyst for the success we had. It was a privilege to work with him and an honour to learn from him. We wish him all the best in his future work setting up Singapore’s first rehab as group director for that and several other mental health centres over there.
