Understanding your needs

UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS

Because we only have 6 residential clients at any one time we are able to take the time to find out as much about your needs as possible. This starts from the moment you first contact us and continues throughout your treatment – and beyond. Our program is designed with flexibility in mind and we are able to offer a large range of therapies and activities outside of the core elements of the program.

We understand that each client has different requirements. Before you join us we will complete a pre-admission assessment call so that we understand as much about your needs and preferences as possible. We will then prepare our clinical team so they understand you as an individual and know how best to serve you before you arrive.

The assessment process will be conducted by an experienced professional and both a clinical and medical risk assessment will be undertaken to ensure we are prepared to help meet your needs in treatment. The call will be a relaxed and friendly call and there will be no judgement – we have shared many of the same experiences and are ready and able to help.

MEDICAL DETOX, IF REQUIRED

As a result of this assessment, we will be able to then ensure we are prepared with appropriate strategies to manage any clinical or medical needs which might include supervised medical detoxification from drugs and alcohol.
