In order to address the personal, psychological, emotional, behavioural, spiritual and interpersonal factors underpinning their addictive behaviour, our clients attend regular individual sessions with our clinical psychologists. The psychotherapy sessions are guided by a range of evidence-based approaches to the treatment of addiction and will be personalised to meet the individual needs of each client.
Our psychologists also specialise in the treatment of comorbid mental health conditions such as post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression. All clients are offered the opportunity to involve loved ones in their psychotherapy sessions in order to address common relational issues that arise in the context of active addiction, such as trust, communication, codependency and boundaries.
